Hair care recommendations are best made on the actual size of your hair cuticle. We all fall somewhere into the categories of fine, medium or coarse strands. Curl or wave pattern does not determine which products will work best for our hair. I have made a very simple guide to which shampoos and conditioners work best for each hair type.
